Computer freaks are becoming more and more every day. People are fascinated by these often strange men - or women, why not? - who understand everything that happens behind the screen, in that grey box which is the PC. This is why they are also very popular. However don't worry: if you want to achieve that same popularity you don't need to study, you just need some acting ability, a good sense of humor and you need to follow these three, simple tips!
- Assure yourself that there's no real computer freak with the people you're talking to. If you know nothing and there's someone who does you have no chance of convincing anyone that you're a computer freak. Every lie you say will bring you to nothing.
- Don't ever go too far! People might be ignorant on computers but they're not stupid: they will eventually understand that you are a fake.
- How to talk about computers to seem good? Simple.
- Rule #1: Windows is evil, Linux is good.
Rule #2: Always be vague in your answers and try to use terms that seem difficult. (e.g.: Yeah, I know what the problem is about... it's the main bus towards the primary hard disk that's not well updated. This sentence doesn't mean ANYTHING, but people can't understand it and will just say yes)
Rule #3: If they ask for real help, find an excuse. Remember, it must be good!
I hope you enjoy this way of having fun!
