The Item at the Top of the Hot Content Lists

(Includes the list of the funniest websites and top ideas for articles)

Okay so I’ve given up and joined the band-wagon of submitting Website lists. I feel almost like a cheat since this did not take me very long to do and my creative input was almost zero (for the first part anyway).

Nevertheless, with a guilty conscience I’m submitting these that I found which I thought were very funny and could be visited over and over again.

With my pride ebbing away I hereby, for this one time only, submit…

1. Guy Sports

   You could go to this website for funny pictures of all sorts, of pets, people, car accidents etc. You could even use them (I think) to accompany your articles.

2. The Sun

   This website offers extremely funny jokes updated frequently. If you want something to share with a friend or use for an idea for a new article for Triond, here is the place. This second one has got quite a few good, clean jokes as well.

3. Joke Teeth

   If you prefer the more slapstick approach to comedy, here is a website from which you can order your own set of hilarious joke teeth, even the Austin Powers variety.

4. Laughable Signs

   On this site you can find hundreds of funny signs, just click on the options for humorous road signs, laughable pet signs, and odd traffic signs to your fill.

5. Wacky Windups

   This is your home if you think that prank calls are too funny to resist. Clever machine calls using the ‘victim’s’ name aggressively enquires why their number is on the girlfriend’s phone, or a call from inland revenue maybe, or even just a fake audition for a millionaire show. There are lots to choose from.

6. Strange but True

   For humorous stories, strange but true tales, unbelievable true stories etc., What’s more, I think (don’t quote me on this) that they are reusable.

7. Freckles Party Shop

   Ebay’s joke shop for every joke costume you can think of. Just choose your option from the list.

8. Comedians

   A website that pays tributes to a list of well-known comedians and lists funny quotes from them.

9. Current and Funny Clips

   And lastly, here are two sites for funny videos, covering a wide range of topics. Again, there are hundreds of them and some of them reusable for your own lists.

Now with that sorted, I think that we all have the ability to make up our own list of lists. Good luck to all. I would actually like to see a list put together with the funny stories if anyone’s up for the taking and can be bothered.

Actually, (and this is the fine print) these lists do very well, so hopefully this one will end up on the top of the hot content list (yay!).

Oh and one more thing, here are some ideas for lists:

(make sure you add lovely pictures, too)

1. Most annoying songs of the 90’s.
2. Most well paid actors/actresses of all time.
3. Oldest ever (and this could include oldest woman to give birth, oldest rocker, oldest band member, oldest supermodel, oldest driver, oldest footballer, oh the list goes on and on and on). You could find these in the Guinness world records website
4. Couples with the widest age gaps between them (this would be a corker!).
5. The Chart toppers and who stayed on this list for the longest (you should perhaps put it a bit more eloquently than I’ve done).
6. The richest people in the world and what they do for a living.
7. The heaviest babies of all time.
8. The world’s tallest/heaviest people.
9. The longest running plays/movies/shows.
10. I’ve now run out of ideas, I’m off to put some lemon juice on my eyebrows.
