The California based Jelly Belly Candy Company, makes the famous jelly beans. They make varieties of naturally flavoured jelly beans, like Plum, Mango, Lemon lime, Wild blackberry, Juicy pear, Punch, Watermelon, Top banana, Caramel corn, Margarita, Orange juice, Cherry, Bubblegum, A&W Cream soda, Berry blue, Caramel apple, Buttered popcorn, Kiwi, Strawberry Cheesecake, Toasted Marshmallow, Sizzling Cinnamon, Crushed Pineapple, Island Punch, Chocolate pudding, Piña Colada, Raspberry, Tutti Frutti, Cotton candy, Café latte, Pink Grapefruit, Cappuccino to name a few.

While these sound like normal candy flavours, they have some unique ones too like Jalapeño, Dr Pepper, Peanut butter, Licorice, Strawberry daiquiri, Root beer, Tabasco cinnamon, Baked bean, Garlic. If you think these are odd flavours then you might never want to try their beenboozled flavours which might include Pencil shavings, Baby wipe and Vomit.
The thesaurus will give you words like puzzled, confused, bewildered, baffled, perplexed when you look for the word bamboozled, and that is what exactly the BeenBoozled Box does to you. These flavours were released in January this year by the company for their Easter promotion.
The box contains twenty flavours in which ten are the weird flavours which look exactly like other regular flavours. The beans look so similar they are like identical twins. You might want to have Café Latte but instead end up with your mouth tasting like ear wax!! Hence you never know when you might be "bamboozled" by a weird flavour.
The Regular Flavours and Their BeanBoozled Weird Equivalents
Buttered Popcorn = Rotten Egg
Licorice = Skunk Spray
Café Latte = Ear Wax
Coconut = Baby Wipe
Juicy Pear = Booger
Berry Blue = Toothpaste
Plum = Black Pepper
Caramel Corn = Moldy Cheese
Top Banana = Pencil Shavings
Peach = Vomit
Another interesting thing you may not have tried is eating two different flavours of the beans together. Try mixing flavours together for different gourmet experience. They have recipe ideas on the website. Some of which include blueberry muffin which is 2 blueberry jelly beans with 1 buttered popcorn jelly bean. Eating all three together tastes like a blueberry muffin! Or you could try 2 very cherry beans with Dr. Pepper beans to experience having a cherry flavoured cola. The most complicated one though is their banana split recipe which includes 1 jelly bean each of top banana, chocolate pudding, crushed pineapple, strawberry, very cherry and A&W cream soda. Seeing this made me really hungry! Inspires you to ‘get creative' and make your own jelly bean recipe.
