The Weigh-In

A few things to remember before you get on that scale.

  1. Go to the sauna to sweat out those unwanted toxins.
  2. Remove all body hair.
  3. Go to the hair dressers and get your hair cut.
  4. Run round the block twenty times.
  5. Wash your ears out to get shot of that unwanted wax.
  6. Clean the dirt from underneath your finger and toe nails.
  7. Clean your teeth twice to make double sure.
  8. Pick out some light clothing, or if your adventerous go naked!
  9. Run round the block again
  10. Give your nose a good blow
  11. Remove all jewelery.
  12. Go out shopping and buy tons of fruit to replace all the chocolate in the cupboards, it will make you feel better.
  13. Run to the weigh in not walk!
  14. Time to be weighed hold you breath.
  15. Shut your eyes.
