A few things to remember before you get on that scale. |
- Go to the sauna to sweat out those unwanted toxins.
- Remove all body hair.
- Go to the hair dressers and get your hair cut.
- Run round the block twenty times.
- Wash your ears out to get shot of that unwanted wax.
- Clean the dirt from underneath your finger and toe nails.
- Clean your teeth twice to make double sure.
- Pick out some light clothing, or if your adventerous go naked!
- Run round the block again
- Give your nose a good blow
- Remove all jewelery.
- Go out shopping and buy tons of fruit to replace all the chocolate in the cupboards, it will make you feel better.
- Run to the weigh in not walk!
- Time to be weighed hold you breath.
- Shut your eyes.
