Have you ever wondered what happened to Simple? I seem to have lost it. The last place I remember it being was in 1st grade, just before class started. I remember setting it down to pick up a pencil. It was right before Mrs. beard explained to us that the sky was the color blue because of reflecting light and lots of dust floating in something called an atmosphere. And right after that she explained that the letter I came before E except after C, and sometimes Y.
Since then, Simple seems to have disappeared and I can't find it anyplace. It's not in school, at home, in my sock drawer, in the Mountains, in mole-hills, in motion pictures, in the glove box in my truck, in my bathroom above the toilet next to the paper, or even in the green team's defending phooseball net. Simple is nowhere to be found.
Stuff has become more complicated now. I must pay for this. I must explain that. I must keep track, and stay on track. I must eat this, say these things but not those things. I have to run here but make sure to walk there. I must forget, forgive, dream less, and do more. I must plan for the next year, month, week, day, and hour. I have to play less, and eat less. I have to be here on time. Priorities must be made and kept. Decisions must be made and kept and remade. Relationships must be made, kept, remade, and kept some more. (and then you still lose some.) My Simple is lost.
Simple is nowhere to be found. If you have taken mine please return it. I admit that, at one time, I did not care that it was missing... but now I would like to have it back.
Any info on where it is or where to buy a replacement will be helpful to me. Links to eBay will be accepted, thanks!
