The art of slacking has been around for thousands of years, and has been traced all the way back to the Aztecs, but if they were caught they were usually killed. Today the consequences are lesser, the one similarity between then and today is that contrary to popular belief slacking is very hard work. Luckily for you I'm here to guide you through this experience and with my help I'm sure you will make a great slacker.
To be a good slacker in any sport you need to be in top physical form. I train 3 hours a day, just to make my self look good when the coach is watching. But why would you work out? , you ask, isn't the point of slacking to avoid such activities? NO! wrong for that you get slapped. The point of slacking( or at least the kind of slacking that professionals do) is to try to make your self look good to the coach, while exerting, as little, in practice effort as possible.
You have to have the right mentality. Every day, before a big practice I look at myself in the mirror and say you are going to slack off today, you are not going to get caught, you will look good. Without the right mentality you can never succeed at slacking you'll give up, and before you know it you will be doing something crazy like trying.
Like most good athletes you'll need a team. This makes it easier for you to slack off, you will need sentries to look for the coach so they can warn you when he/she is looking. You will need slow kids to make you look good, but most importantly of all you will need the ultimate slacker someone who is better then you, you need him or her, to warn you when your off your game or thinking about trying.
As long as you form your team, get in shape, and have the right mentality I'm sure you will succeed and you may never, have to work hard in a practice again.
