Introduction
The work product evolves from a three-phase process, which should be viewed not as a general guideline, but rather as a flexible paradigm in the interest of maintaining consistency throughout universal non-communication systems. The scope of devoid Information Tangents (IT's) must be carefully and exhaustively explored prior to any consideration of prospective actionable verbalization (spoken or written) in the pre-discourse phase. Once a basic set of definitions has been established, a blueprint can be created for a more precise articulation of that which is to be formulated and ultimately unconveyed. It is desirable to consider as many potential resultants as possible. A broad matrix of resultant categories should be utilized in assessing likely consequences once preliminary foundations have been finalized. Lastly, deliverable strategy modules should be actualized, and tested in virtual real-world scenarios, which encompass earlier groundwork now tentatively cemented in place.
Phase 1
The scope of devoid potential IT's must be clearly identified. Four steps should be taken in this process, serving as building blocks toward achievement objectives.
Step one - evaluate prospective IT's through broad-base convolution profiles.
Step two - narrow those profiles based on analysis and viability parametrics in relation to IT's and their respective comprehensibility minimums.
Step three - define IT's as a function of dialectic economies and anthropomorphics, and translate them accordingly.
Step four - Isolate IT content areas and prepare strategy verticals appropriate to known distributives.
Phase 2
Exhaustive usability assessments must then be actuated regarding anticipated resultants. Assessments should parallel strata models established for each of the six broad-base Functional Units (FU's).
- Bi-linguistic System (BS)
- Cumulative Redundancy Articulation Protocol (CRAP)
- Demonstrative User Hierarchy (DUH)
- Logistical Operating Locus (LOL)
- Business Utility Leverage and Labeling (BULL)
- Whatever (W)
Assessments should be ordered in accordance with official Analog Data Degradation (ADD) standards (discussed in the next chapter).
Phase 3
The actualization of deliverable strategy modules must be realized. Data contributions from as many source points as reasonably feasible should be brought to bear in the exercise of Assessment Simulation Scenarios (ASS's). Forwardly directed achievement statements can then be generated for final review, refinement and syntactical reassessment. It is also crucial at this point to evaluate all materials for any succinct, substantive or tangible elements, which may have inadvertently been inserted or overlooked in ASS's.
Appropriate documentation should, of course, attend all aspects of these multi-tiered processes. This documentation must be properly titled and archived in a plurality of information formats under an infinitely repeatable system for future review and retrieval within an Operative Compounding Data (OCD) program.
Conclusion
By stringently adhering to these directives and using the above-described BS, the operator can disseminate a practically unlimited amount of verbiage all defined within the same CRAP. With time and practice it should eventually be possible take all possible IT's in all requisite ASS's, resulting in a plethora of FU's. With sufficient effort paid to LOL one should quickly achieve a unified DUH, and be assured of maintaining a consistent and successful methodology in most any situation requiring a lot of BULL.
