First, find someone with lots of money (A wealthy relative is a logical target(Or Bill Gates)). Offer to do some daily chore for them. ex: Walking the dog, Taking out the trash. But don't act to exited, or you'll risk raising suspicions.
Now tell Uncle Billfold or Aunt Moneybags that for this daily chore, you'll charge just 1¢ the first day. And that each day after that, you'll charge just twice as the day before. Your average sucker will figure: "Let's see, that's 1¢ the first day, 2¢ the next day, and, uh, only 4¢ the next day-hey, sure, it's a deal."
