Mr. Topson bought a parrot which cost him a lot of money. When he brought it home, and trained him, he found that the parrot could only speak one sentence:
"Who are you?" He was a bit disappointed.
One day, early in the morning, a man from running-water company came to him home to collect water bill, but there was no one at home but the parrot. The man knocked at the door, and asked, "Is anybody in?" The parrot answered, "Who are you?" The man answered, "Peter from running-water company to collect your water bill." Again, he heard, "Who are you?" He answered again, "Peter from running-water company to collect your water bill." Again, he heard, "Who are you?" He replied again.
In the evening, Mr. Topson came back, and found a man fainted in front of the door of his house, and he asked, "Who are you?" To his surprise, his parrot answered, "Peter from running-water company to collect your water bill."
