- Walking around school with your zipper accidentally open
- Forgetting to shave when you have an important meeting to attend
- Putting on two different colored socks
- Having your friends see you picking your nose
- Letting out gas in the middle of a movie
- Forgetting to brush your teeth after eating some Oreo cookies
- Picking earwax out of your ear while your girlfriend watches
- Trying to jump pass a muddy puddle but landing in it instead
- Forgetting when your wife's birthday is
- Trying to smell the flowers on the table only to be told that they are artificial
- Laughing out loud at what you believe is a joke only to find out that the subject matter concerns someone who has cancer
- Taking a bite of a hot, spicy taco only to discover that you have no drink to put the fire out
- Driving into a pothole and watching your hubcap take off down the lane
- Throwing an interception when three of your teammates are wide open
- Making a strike with your first bowling ball followed by five consecutive gutter balls
- Losing at arm wrestling with a person half your size
