Condom is the official name of the genius (or not) invention, which is until today to most efficient form of contraception and STD prevention. No one can agree on the definitive origin of the word. But we do know is that there is a town in France called Condom, how kinky! But hey, what's the fun in using the official word. Despite the variety of expressions that are out there describing the action of putting on a condom, there are not a lot of nicknames and slang words describing the thing itself, which is a shame.
