They tell you that zombies are not real. But as anyone who's ever investigated puffer fish toxin, or who has read this list on cracked.com, or has ANY sanity at all will attest to, the zombie uprising is closer to hand than the faceless masses think. There are many sites to help you survive the uprising, and this is my contribution to the very important field.
How the Uprising Will Happen
There are a few different assumptions I will make about the zombie uprising. These are factors which cannot be known for certain, but which zombologists all over the world have gathered together and determined likely:
- Zombies will be slow and shambling
- If bitten by a zombie, you become one
- The initial factor that creates the first zombies will vanish quite quickly
- The zombies are stupid
Now, we can loosely divide the plan into four sections (Click the title of each for the full details on that section):

The zombies arise. Mass panic grips the nation. The hardest phase to survive, and the most important to have a detailed plan for.
Survival - Coming tomorrow
The horde is at its largest, many are dead. You must fight and gather supplies to survive, while you search for a new base of operations.
Defense - Coming soon
Having found a suitable base, you must now defend it from zombie attack, while keeping it supplied, and trying to gather survivors.
Rebuild - Coming soon
You have enough people and enough supplied to last for a while. You need to start re building culture, repopulating the human race, and most importantly, clearing the land of zombies.
We will look carefully at each of these phases in turn, and determine why each of them is important, and what we must do to survive each of them. My intention is to spend a degree of time writing each of these, and I shall upload them over the course of the coming week.
