The Star Africa is the largest diamond cut in the world. This diamond have pear-shaped with 74 facets and have set in the Royal Scepter. This diamond actually was cut from the 3,106-carat Cullinan that discovered in Transvaal, South Africa in 1095.
The Excelsior

The Excelsior Diamond was discovered in South Africa at the De Beers mine at Jagersfontein, Orange Free State, South Africa in 1893. Because of its irregular shape, it was cut into 21 polished stones, of which the largest was a marquise of 69.80 carats.

The Great Mogul is the largest diamond ever found in India. This diamond was found in 1950 at Golconda mines. The rough diamond weighed around 787 carat.
The Darya-i-Nur

The Darya-i-Nur was found in Golconda mines in Andhra Pradesh, India. It is the largest and most remarkable gem in the Crown Jewels of Iran. This diamond has 186 carat and measuring 41.40 x 29.50 x 12.15 mm. The diamond name means " Sea of Light, River of Light or Ocean of Light". Now Darya-i-Nur was kept in the Treasury Jewels in Iran.

The Koh-i-Nur was found more than 5000 year ago and is mentioned in ancient Sanskrit writings. The name of this diamond means " Mountain of Light" . This diamond weight is about 1986 carat and the latest re-cut to 108.93 carats.
