These are some really cool and funny facts about what goes on around us.

The word "queue" is the only word in the English language that is still pronounced the same way when the last four letters are removed. Doesn't that make it a single letter, finally?

Pretty cool. "English Kiss" isn't true though. Never heard of it here. We tend to simply call it a "French Kiss" (in english).

You know half of these are guff, right?

Aegilops - a genus of grass - has all its letters in the right order. Not to mention other 6 letter words like abhors, accent, access, almost, biopsy, bijoux, billow, chintz, effort, and ghosty.

Syzygy also has no vowels and is the same length (also there is no irony in rhythm having no vowels - I'm guessing you're a yank to not 'get' irony).

Lactose intolerance and milk allergy are not the same thing - one is a rejection of milk, the other is an inability to break down the protein in it.

Sorry to be so picky, but these 'amazing facts' lists bug the hell out of me - those yours is more accurate than most. You at least didn't have that crap about 'a duck's quack doesn't echo'.

Also, it might be that one of the ones I've picked up on is the intentionally false one. In which case sorry.
